Fiskin LLC (Ukraine) ships orders to selected countries worldwide.
Please read the details below to understand how we process and deliver your order.
Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During peak periods (holidays, launches), processing may take longer.

Custom-made items may require additional production time.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped.

Within Ukraine

Delivery time: 1–3 business days

Courier: Nova Poshta or another local service
International Shipping

Europe: 7–14 business days

Norway / UK: 10–20 business days

USA / Canada: 10–21 business days

Asia / Australia: 14–25 business days
Please note: delivery times may vary based on courier workload, customs processing, and your location.
Shipping Costs
Within Ukraine

Returns and exchanges from within Ukraine are also free
International Orders

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

International shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch.

Return shipping for international customers is the buyer’s responsibility unless a defect is confirmed (see Return & Refund Policy).
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to:

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs delays may extend delivery times.
Fiskin LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure the delivery address is correct.
We are not responsible for:

delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

packages returned due to failed delivery attempts

re-delivery costs for returned shipments

lost or delayed shipments caused by courier issues
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, reshipping costs will apply.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed:
1. Check the tracking information
2. Contact the courier directly
3. Notify us at contact@fiskin.store
Courier investigations may take up to 30 days.
Refunds for lost parcels are processed only after the courier officially confirms the loss.

Within Ukraine: returns and exchanges are free.

International orders: return shipping is paid by the customer unless a defect is confirmed.
Shipping Availability by Country
We do not ship to all countries.
Available shipping destinations appear automatically at checkout.
If your country is not listed, delivery is currently unavailable.
In rare cases where a technical error allows an order from a country we do not ship to,
we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
