Please read the conditions below carefully.
30-Day Right of Return, Exchange & Cancellation
You have a 30-day right to return, exchange, or cancel unused items.
To use this right, you must notify us within 30 days from the day you received the product.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping is not charged only in cases of:
- confirmed manufacturing defects
- incorrect items sent by mistake
Condition of Returned Items
To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as delivered:
- unused
- in original packaging
- with all tags and accessories
- free from odors, scratches, stains, or marks
- without visible signs of wear
If the item or packaging is damaged, altered, or shows any signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (48-Hour Reporting Window)
If you believe your item arrived damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- your order number
- clear photos and/or video of the issue
- photos of the packaging and the shipping label
Free return shipping for defects is provided only after we review and confirm that the issue is a manufacturing or shipping error.
If the provided evidence does not clearly confirm a defect, or if the damage appears to have occurred after delivery, the return will be processed as a standard return within the 30-day period, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued:
- to the original payment method
- within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within the 30-day period.
The customer pays only the return shipping of the original item.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement (subject to availability).
If the requested item is unavailable, you may select another product or request a refund.
Custom-Made Items
Custom-made, personalized, or specially modified items are not eligible for return or refund unless proven defective.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
The 30-day right of return applies to individual consumers only, not to wholesale or business customers.
International Returns & Customs
If you return an item from outside Ukraine:
- mark the package as “Returned Goods”
- customs duties or return import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility
Fiskin is not responsible for customs fees incurred during the return process.
