These Terms of Service govern your use of fiskin.store, operated by Fiskin LLC (Ukraine). By placing an order or browsing the website, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Buyer Definition

The buyer (“you”, “customer”) is any individual placing an order on our website. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

Prices

  • All prices shown on the website are final.

  • VAT is not charged according to the simplified tax system of Ukraine.

  • We reserve the right to update prices, correct errors, and change promotions at any time.

If a clear pricing error appears (e.g., missing or unrealistic price), we may cancel the order before shipping.

Discount codes:

  • apply only to full-price items,

  • cannot be combined,

  • may be deactivated if misuse is suspected,

  • one discount code per order.

Products

  • Product photos are illustrative. Natural variations in fish leather texture, pattern, or color are normal and not considered defects.

  • Size recommendations are indicative and may not suit every customer.

  • If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or cancellation.

Order Confirmation

A purchase is valid once you receive an email confirmation from us.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@fiskin.store.

We reserve the right to cancel orders containing obvious errors (e.g., missing price or incorrect quantity).

Payment

Payments are securely processed through WayForPay.

Available methods may include:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported)

Your order is processed only after successful payment.
No additional payment fees are charged beyond what is shown at checkout.

Shipping

We ship internationally.

Delivery time depends on your location and chosen courier.
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the allowed return period.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible—only returns according to our Return Policy.

Liability

Fiskin LLC is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by couriers or customs,

  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer,

  • damage caused by improper use or handling of the product.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, graphics, text, and other content on fiskin.store are the exclusive property of Fiskin LLC and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
Depending on your location, your consumer rights under international e-commerce rules may also apply.
